Welcome to our quarterly recap of The OPSEC Bible. During the second quarter of 2026 we added five new posts, polished existing content, and rolled out several usability upgrades.

2026-05-19: APT1's poor identity segmentation
2026-05-16: JavaScript - The Dangers and Limits Fingerprinting
2026-04-22: CCTV footage used in court
2026-04-15: How to Anonymously Access Websites That Block Tor Exit Nodes
2026-04-04: Mobile Dead Man's Switch (GrapheneReset)

Quality & Accessibility Enhancements

  • Grammar and spelling: All blog posts have been thoroughly proofread and corrected.
  • Cleaner URLs: Hyphens now separate words for better readability, with redirects preserving legacy links.
  • Presentation video: We hired a video creator from XmrBazaar to produce a short overview video of The OPSEC Bible.
  • Offline version: A downloadable version allows readers to keep a complete copy of the blog, ensuring access even if the site is taken down.
  • Modular mirrors: Anyone running a mirror of The OPSEC Bible can now cherry-pick submodules, reducing bandwidth and storage needs.

The Future of The OPSEC Bible

The project will soon transition from Phase 1: Building (finalizing core tutorials) to Phase 2: Benchmarking. This shift means our focus will be:

  • Boosting organic visibility: Community outreach and strategic backlinks.
  • Keeping tutorials updated: Regular updates as new technologies emerge and threat landscapes shift.

We're also re-evaluating the return of system administration and self-hosting tutorials, which many from the community have requested.
